About Courtney

My primary role has been a full-time caregiver to my three daughters, while also working part-time in Women’s Health Nursing. I have always been passionate about maintaining a physically active lifestyle and am dedicated to helping others in their heath and fitness journey. Physical fitness is an essential part of preventive health and overall well-being. I strive to create a welcoming, supportive environment for people of all fitness levels and backgrounds. I specialize in functional fitness to optimize movement efficiency by improving strength, flexibility and mobility.
