24H CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy:

We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of sessions or payment will still be owed for the missed sessions. Not attending your scheduled session is considered the same as not providing the required notice and you will still be responsible for payment of that session. This policy allows us the better plan our time, manage our finances, and fill your scheduled appointment time with another client.

Clients who pay monthly:

The 24 hour cancellation policy is the same as above. Additionally, any cancelled pre-paid sessions, regardless of the amount of cancellation notice you provide us, will not be carried over to the following month. Unused sessions or cancelled sessions may be used on a different day/week of that same month. It will be your responsibility to make sure you use the missed sessions before the end of the month.

Please note, we understand situations arise that are unavoidable. In the event of unforeseen, urgent circumstances that make it impossible to attend your scheduled session(s), please speak with us directly as we will do our best to accommodate your situation. It is our goal to continue to provide affordable and efficient custom services to all of you.
