Staying active in some type of exercise, OUTSIDE, 15,to 30 minutes a day. Choose something that fits you! A simple walk will do the trick.
Appeal to your Senses. Listening to music, Smelling something good or fresh, touch: squeezing a ball, or playing with one of those Pop outs,
Taste, ,enjoying something you like to eat, and Look at some things that bring you pleasure. Stimulating and being conscious of using your 5 senses is essential to have joy in your life, everyday.
