
The CDC explains that our mental health affects most aspects of our life including our emotional, psychological and social well-being. You or someone close might have even been diagnosed with a mental health issue (which is more common than people think). According to the CDC, “More than 50% will be diagnosed with a mental illness or disorder at some point in their lifetime.” Mental health difficulties take on a variety of forms that can look like anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder or many other conditions. Some can even be debilitating.
